Leah is basically a three-part dynamo. She's one part encyclopedia, intimately familiar with every pocket of Los Angeles; another part intuitive mind reader, identifying what we wanted in a home and neighborhood nearly the first day she met us; and last part skilled negotiator and investigatory sleuth, with a keen sense of how to dig into title documents or property records to uncover all relevant information. The LA housing market isn't for the faint of heart. We literally couldn't have navigated it without her. Leah works tirelessly to find available inventory, even before it hits the public market, and is responsive to a fault—even if it means taking a call and drafting an offer during a Saturday evening dinner party. She was always steady when we were either too timid or overeager in the bidding process, and offered an honest and informed assessment of every home. Every time she told us a house was overvalued (and why) she was proven right. She was committed to finding us a home that we loved while protecting us from bad properties and unfair deals. Above all, Leah is lovely and patient with her clients while being fierce and fair as their advocate. In her, we stumbled upon both an adept business partner and lifelong friend. Now that we found her, we're not letting her go. We will never buy or sell another home in Los Angeles without Leah.
